Boundary Mill Stores

Give Us a Break is proud to say that we have been chosen for Boundary Mill Stores Charity of the year. The staff will be fundraising throughout the year and they will have collection tins at the checkouts. We will be presented with a cheque at the end of the year!

Please support Wolverhampton Music Service

They supported us in 2016 and are also doing so in 2017!

Thank you for voting in our poll. We are now running our own dedicated GUAB sessions at Sycamore thanks to your feedback.

Christmas Cards – for 2017

Give us a break would like to invite you all in your places of work, groups and families to decide to donate to our charity instead of sending Christmas Cards this year. The team has produced a poster you can put up so people can pledge their donation and you know who isn’t sending cards. If you would like the poster please get in touch with us or download it from the link below to print yourself.

Thanks for your continued support 😄

Post Christmas Clear Out

If you are having a post Christmas clear out to make way for those mountains of presents then please donate any thing you find surplus to requirements to us and we can use it to raise money. Contact us at –email

Why not set up a “give us a break penny tin or jar” to put all those annoying little coins in that weigh down your purse or bulge your pockets! An example is shown below! 😄.

Make a pledge on our facebook page or by email to show your support and send us a picture of your tin or jar!

Once full you can take the tin to a coin star machine at a local supermarket, exchange the print out for cash and donate it to give us a break!

We are very pleased to tell you that give us a break came 20th out of 150 groups who were token collecting for cash for your community in the express and star. We collected over 6000 tokens which is a fabulous achievement!!!

Many more thousands of tokens were collected this year than last year overall making the amount per token less. Tonight (December 5th 2016) we collected our cheque for £377.02 at a special presentation at Bescot Stadium for the top 20 groups and we will be in Wednesdays newspaper!!
Thankyou for your support
